policy: terms, shipping and returns –

each item is handmade and distressed with intentional variances. flaws and imperfections are part of the product’s character

color in images may not reflect as accurate and exact as we would like but are as close as possible and may vary based on an individuals screen

product ships within 3 business days of order placed and paid. all orders are carefully packed and shipped via UPS ground. tracking information is emailed once product is shipped

all sales are final. returns and exchanges only accepted if product is damaged upon arrival. all damages must be reported and pictures provided within 3 days of product delivered.
